Sessional Group Fitness Classes

Registration begins 2 weeks prior to each five-week Session. Participants may register up to 30 minutes prior to class if space permits. Seasonal session will be prorated if joining mid-session.

Learn how to build strength and work with proper form.


NEW! Youth Cardio Kickboxing 

Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This high intensity, total-body workout can improve strength, stamina, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.



Weekly Group Fitness Classes (included in FitPass)

Registration takes place every Wednesday for programs beginning the following Monday.

Sweating in a group is more fun! Whether you’re just starting out or are looking for a challenge, you’ll find a fitness class that suits your needs.
We offer classes at both the West Vancouver and Gleneagles Community Centres. Class formats include: LIFT, Step, Cardio, Ball, Core, Sculpt, Interval, Boot Camp, Stretch, Circuit, HIIT, Cardio Boot Camp and POUND! Over 40 group fitness classes are included in your FitPass or for a drop-in fee.
