Summer Camp

Equip yourself with the tools you need to deal with the stress of day-to-day life and develop a feeling of ‘I can handle this’. If you are taking a babysitting course or if you will be babysitting siblings or other children, learn the tools that will enable you to stay calm when thigs go awry and when safety concerns are paramount. Learn mindfulness tools and techniques designed to enhance awareness, regulate emotions, and improve focus, attention and resilience.
