Before you arrive: Main Pool information for pre-registered participants

The District is pleased to welcome you back for a swim in the Main Pool! FitPasses can be used for these swims. All children under 13 years of age must also have an adult registered to go in the water with them at this time.

What to expect when you arrive:
Enter through the North side of the Atrium where you will check-in with a member of the front desk team. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled swim time.  A staff member will direct you to a spot where you can wait until the aquatics team is ready to receive you.

Please come swim-ready. The change rooms, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and main pool will remain closed. Accessible equipment within the change rooms will be available upon request for anyone who requires it.

What to expect during your visit:
After you have checked-in at the front desk you will be led to the pool by a lifeguard who will give you a quick safety overview in the Atrium.

We will have designated space on deck for you to store your towel. Please do not bring anything valuable—the lockers will be unavailable. Once you have stored your belongings, please use the on-deck shower to rinse before entering the pool.

The lifeguards will announce a five (5) minute warning before the end of your session, at which point you will exit the building through the doors leading to 22nd Street. Changing is not permitted on the deck. Please wrap yourself in a towel, robe or warm clothing to exit.

As a reminder, please maintain a two-metre or six-foot physical distance from staff and other guests during your visit.
