As a Personal Training client, your fitness assessment will include a body composition analysis using our state-of-the-art InBody 270 Composition Analyzer. Assessment may involve: Body composition / Blood pressure / Cardiovascular / Musculoskeletal / Postural Analysis / Flexibility / Program design / Goal setting.

Personal Training Packages

New to Personal Training? Start with a Fitness Assessment to identify your current fitness level and create an action plan to achieve your goals.  The cost of the assessment will be applied to your first personal training package (one time offer).

Cancellation Policy 24 hours notice is required. Less than 24 hours will result in the non-refundable loss of your session.

Weight Rooms

Build strength for life! The Aquatic Centre and Gleneagles Health & Fitness Centres are supervised by qualified fitness professionals. New to the weight room? We recommend an orientation to ensure weight room safety and etiquette. 

No appointment necessary. 

Participants must be 13 years or older to use our weight rooms.

Are you 13 years+ looking to use the WVCC or GECC Weight Room? Youth ages 13 – 15 yrs must book a weight room orientation prior to dropping in. Upon completing orientation, youth must present the Weight Room Orientation card to front desk staff.
