In only two sessions learn how to retrain the mind/core connection using the latest research on strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles. If you suffer from stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and lower back pain, this workshop may be the first and sometimes only step you need to take to end SUI. Take-home exercises included. Suitable for women with Diastasis Recti.
