Whether you’re just starting out or are looking for a challenge, you’ll find a fitness class that suits your needs. We offer classes at both the West Vancouver and Gleneagles Community Centres.
Class formats include:
LIFT, Step, Cardio, Ball, Core, Sculpt, Interval, Stretch, Circuit, HIIT, Cardio Boot Camp and “Pound!”.
Over 50 Group Fitness classes are included in your FitPass or for a drop-in fee.
