As a Personal Training client, your fitness assessment will include a body composition analysis using our state-of-the-art InBody 270 Composition Analyzer. Assessment may involve:

Personal Training Packages

New to Personal Training? Start with a Fitness Assessment to identify your current fitness level and create an action plan to achieve your goals.  The cost of the assessment will be applied to your first personal training package (one time offer).

InBody Test

The InBody Test, is a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms os muscle, fat, and water on an InBody results sheet. The test only takes a couple of minutes. The test must NOT be performed if you are pregnant or if you have a pacemaker. Please call the Health & Fitness Program Coordinator to set up your InBody test appointment.

Cancellation Policy 24 hours notice is required. Less than 24 hours will result in the non-refundable loss of your session.
