Full Day Gymnastics Camp
Swinging and springing for boys and girls entering grade 1 and up. Up to four hours a day will spent doing gymnastics and trampoline in the gym. Other activities may consist of arts/crafts and walks to local beaches/playgrounds. Wear comfortable clothes for an active day and appropriate shoes for walks. Please bring sunscreen, hat, snacks/lunch and water bottle all in a backpack or bag they can carry themselves. Drop-off & pick up will be at the Gymnastics Centre doors near the Seniors Centre.
Half Day Gymnastics Camp
You'll flip for this camp! Develop strength and flexibility while improving physical coordination during this winter break gymnastics and trampoline camp.
Sibling Gymnastics Camp
Want to keep your bubble small? Try this gymnastics and trampoline camp for siblings! Recommended for participants who can participate on their own as no parent viewing is available. Must register 2 siblings in this camp.Program is for siblings who live in the same household.
Learn to Flip Camp
You'll flip for this class! Kids will spend 1 hour using the trampoline, mini tramp and sprung floor learning all the progressions to start flipping! If your child can already flip they will fly into the next level of turning and twisting. All participants must be able to demonstrate prerequisite skills with proper technique in order to advance.
Dance + Gymnastics = Rhythmic Gymnastics. Try it this Summer!Learn basic of rhythmic gymnastics skills, improve your flexibility, strength and coordination during the classes.Try tricks with rhythmic gymnastics apparatus such as: rope, ball, hoop and ribbon. Camp also include acrobatic skills and dance.
