Before you arrive:
What to expect when you arrive:
Show up 10 minutes before your scheduled (please do not arrive earlier or later than this time). Wait outside the Ice Arena South doors on the 'Wait Here' markers. A staff member will check you in, ask you COVID-19 screening questions, and direct you to a spot inside where you can put your skates on.
Please come skate-ready wearing all the appropriate gear.
What to expect during your visit:
If you are bringing a child and not skating, please do not accompany your child with more than one adult.
After you have been checked-in at the front door, you will be led to an area to put your skates on. This will be your dedicated area to change, leave bags, or watch your child skate. Dress warmly as this area is located in the bleachers at ice level. A staff member will then provide an orientation and check if you need skate and helmet rentals. They are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
Stay at your designated spot until an attendant leads you onto the ice for your timeslot. At the end of your timeslot you will be escorted off of the ice back to your designated spot. Please leave within 10 minutes of the end of your timeslot and exit through the assigned exit doors.
As a reminder, please maintain at least two-metres or six-feet of distance from staff and other guests during your visit.
