Following recent direction received from the Provincial Health Officer, the requirements to show proof of vaccination at District recreation facilities have been updated and will be effective Monday, September 20.

Pre-registration will continue to be required for all activities until September 12.
Drop-in admissions for the Fitness Centre, public swimming, and public skating will be available starting on September 13. All other activities will continue with pre-registration required.

Programs will be added on an ongoing basis and registration dates will be staggered by program type and area.
Registration days will be held on Wednesdays at 8 a.m. for West Vancouver residents, and at 10 a.m. everyone is welcome to register.

Monthly Registration

Sessional registered programs will now be between 4 and 7 weeks in length. Registration will take place on a monthly basis.

  • Registration for programs starting in September opens on Wed, August 18
  • Registration for programs starting in October opens on Wed, September 15
  • Registration for programs starting in November opens on Wed, October 20
  • Registration for holiday programs and Winter Break camps starting in December opens on Wed, November 17

Weekly Registration

Registration will take place every Wednesday for programs beginning the following Monday, for the following programs:

Drop-ins (starting September 13)
Public drop-ins will be available for:

  • Public Swim
  • Public Skate
  • Fitness Centre


When you arrive for your pre-registered programs, please go to your designated check-in area shown on the Facility Access Maps posted at main entrance.

COVID-19 restrictions have resulted in a very limited number of spots available each day for Fitness Centre workouts, public skates, group fitness classes, and Aquatic Centre swims. Because there is a very high demand for these spots, please let us know in advance (Ideally 24 hrs) when you are unable to attend so another person can take your spot.

A $5 no-show fee will be charged to your account for missed workouts, swims, skates, and group fitness classes that have not been cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.

Online: Click on the ‘My Account’ button on the website, then select ‘Transaction History.' All of your activities will show as well as a button that says ‘withdraw.' Click on the 'withdraw' button to un-enroll.


Enhance West Van & Seniors’ Activity Centre Membership

An Enhance West Van membership is required for all programs and passes at the West Vancouver Aquatic Centre, Community Centre and Ice Arena. A current Seniors’ Activity Centre membership is required for member pricing for Seniors’ Activity Centre programs.
