Youth Athletic Training (Female)

Fall & Winter

The weight room can be an intimidating place – all it takes is some confidence, knowledge and support to get you comfortable working out on your own. We’ll provide a social and lively atmosphere where girls learn new skills for strength, flexibility, and agility training along with info and discussion on nutrition and healthy body image. Learning both solo and partner exercises will offer a fun way to work out with a friend and make new ones.
