Fitness is important for people of any age. To help you choose what's best for you, our fitness programs are rated as follows.

Mild Low cardio. Light weights/bands used below shoulder height. Typically no floor exercises (accommodations can be made for these exercises).

Moderate Fair amount of cardio. Possibility of using weights/bands above shoulder height. Incorporates floor exercises. Good mobility required.

Strenuous High level of cardio. Use of weights/bands above shoulder height. Incorporates floor exercises. Good mobility required.
