Welcome!

The West Vancouver Recreation Health & Fitness program specializes in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, CycleFIt, Rehabilitation, Group Fitness and more. Each program is designed with your health and fitness needs in mind. We make it our goal to provide you with a welcoming and motivating environment, an invigorating experience and results that show!

The West Vancouver Health & Fitness team is pleased to offer a selection of modified Health & Fitness programs.


Fitness Centres

The Fitness Centre at West Vancouver Community Centre (WVCC) and Gleneagles Community Centre (GECC) is open for one-hour-long pre-registered timeslots.

Masks must be worn inside the fitness centre at all times, including while exercising, as per the Province’s Indoor Individual Exercise Requirements.

Mon & Wed 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Fri & Sat 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Pre-registered Group Fitness (previously drop-in)

Whether you’re just starting out or are looking for a challenge, you’ll find a fitness class that suits your needs. We offer classes at both the West Vancouver and Gleneagles Community Centres. Pre-registration is required. No equipment is provided.

Registration for group fitness classes takes place every Wednesday for the programs beginning the following Monday at 8 a.m. for West Vancouver residents, and at 10 a.m. everyone is welcome to register.

Sessional Registered Fitness Programs

Sessional registered programs will now be up to 4 weeks in length. Registration will take place on a monthly basis. Some exceptions apply.* Registration begins at 8 a.m. for West Vancouver residents, and at 10 a.m. everyone is welcome to register.

  • Registration for April programs opens on Wed, March 24.
  • Registration for May programs opens on Wed, April 28.
  • Registration for June programs opens on Wed, May 26.
