Our objective is to offer programs that are specifically designed to improve your well-being and improve your quality of life. Whether you are looking to increase your range of motion, boost energy levels, improve stability, manage pain, or release tension – we can help you find a program that will met your needs.
Registration for programs starting in September opens on August 18 at 8 a.m. for West Vancouver residents, and at 10 a.m. everyone is welcome to register.

Cancer Thrivers (Virtual)
Experience the benefits of movement and relaxation in a supportive, community-focused environment during your diagnosis, treatment and beyond. Supported by Enhance West Van, Cancer Thrivers is designed to promote health, strength and recovery through fitness and cardio, yoga and relaxation, and social network for support. Movement has been shown to increase physical function, improved psychological outcomes and increase quality of life in cancer patients.

Chronic Low Back Pain and Core Strength
Are you suffering from chronic low back pain (LBP)? Does your pain prevent you from being active? Come and learn exercises to correct form, help alleviate some pain, and reduce the likelihood of reoccurring pain.
FAME For Stroke
Did you know that stroke is the leading cause of disability in Canada? Improve overall mobility, build up lost cardiovascular endurance, and develop arm and hand functions with the guidance of an experienced personal trainer. FAME (Fitness & Mobility Exercise Program) is a community-based exercise program developed by researchers at UBC for post-stroke individuals who still maintain standing and walking ability.
Join us for an education and exercise program that has helped thousands of people with hip and knee osteoarthritis (OA) manage their symptoms of pain and loss of function. The program reflects the latest OA research and has been developed based on feedback from people with OA, as well as healthcare professional who provide care to individuals with mild to severe symptoms. GLA:D® therefore provides an evidence-based approach that works in the real world.
Keep it pumping and lower your risk! Continue to build on your heart strength through aerobic exercise and muscular endurance training in a personal program designed with prevention in mind. We're here to bridge the gap between community and hospital cardiac rehabilitation.

Osteoarthritis Joints in Motion
This program is for people who graduated from the GLA:D® program. Come experience exercise to help with symptoms of Osteoarthritis in the knee and hip. Exercises include functional, core, strength and alignment in a group setting. Session supervised by a certified trainer.
Participants are required to complete the GLA:D® program prior to joining.

Prolong your overall strength with resistance training, aerobic fitness, and flexibility through a personalized program designed for you by our Personal trainers who facilitate the group and monitor your progress.

Participate in functional exercises in a group setting followed by cardiovascular training in a safe, welcoming environment. This class is instructed by qualified staff to ensure your safety.

Well Balanced is a new rehabilitation program that is designed to improve your balance and confidence! Join us to strengthen and stretch all those stabilizing muscles, help improve your posture, and stay Well Balanced in a small group setting!
