Combine the benefits of riding, strengthening, and postnatal specific core work in one fun class! New to cycle class participants and all fitness levels are welcome. Pre-mobile babies only unless your baby is happy staying in your stroller. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

Mom & Baby Stroller Fit

Exercise with your baby while connecting with new moms in your community in a total body training class that includes cardio and strength training with a focus on strengthening your core! Meet rain or shine at the concession stand at Ambleside beach with your baby, stroller, runners, water bottle, and yoga mat. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. Jogging stroller not required. If heavy rain please check your email after 9 a.m. for possible alternate location.

Move to the music in a class designed to tone and sculpt while focusing on the benefits of postnatal-specific pelvic floor and core work!
