Mom and Baby Cycle and Strength
This class combines the benefits of riding, strengthening, and postnatal specific core work. New to cycle class welcome. All fitness levels welcome. Pre-mobile babies only unless your baby is happy staying in your stroller.
Exercise with your baby while connecting with new moms in your community. This total body training class will include cardio and strength training with a focus on strengthening your core. Meet rain or shine at the concession stand at Ambleside beach with your baby, stroller, runners, water bottle and yoga mat. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. Jogging stroller not required.
